Free cancellation up to [7] days before check-in. Any deposit you paid is refunded in full.
Cancelling later than that, up to [24 hours] before check-in, means [50%] of the deposit is kept and the rest is refunded.
Cancelling within [24 hours] of check-in, or not arriving, means the deposit is not refunded. Where no deposit was taken, a no-show may be charged [the first night].
Leaving early: nights booked but not stayed are charged at [the full rate].
Changing your dates is free up to [7] days before check-in, subject to availability. A change after that is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
How to cancel: reply to your booking confirmation email, or contact us by phone or email. Your cancellation counts from the time we receive it.
Refunds go back the way you paid, within [7–10] working days.
We may cancel if your deposit has not reached us within [24 hours] of booking, or in circumstances beyond our control. In that case we refund everything you paid.
